Matt Pannier is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in the development and execution of strategic, operational and financial and performance improvement initiatives. His background includes improving clients’ supply chains, sales management and IT services. Matt has implemented extensive change programs using innovative approaches and concepts achieving aggressive operational improvements. These sustaining improvements were accomplished assisting motivated executives by leveraging their people to build high-performance cultures noted for their collaboration and teamwork.
His primary industry experience is with consumer goods, retail and distribution clients. He works with clients seeking aggressive, fast-paced results.
Matt led the design and implementation of multiple complex transformation programs focused on profitable growth. These comprehensive programs were comprised of cost reduction and refocused “go to market” initiatives for high growth. In several cases, innovative business models were designed and implemented to achieve the beyond-expected business objectives. In each situation, client executives were seeking the balance between tactical needs and transitioning to a new business model to meet strategic objectives.
Matt was previously an executive with IBM and Unisys Corporation, where he led the North American services businesses for consumer goods, distribution and retail. Prior to joining IBM, Matt was a consulting partner at Ernst and Young.
