Charles is a senior member of AlixPartners’ Case Management Services practice and has over 15 years of professional experience in designing and implementing technology solutions focused on solving financial, operational, and litigation problems. He is based out of the Dallas office and is currently focusing on assisting companies by implementing various litigation technology strategies.
Charles has designed and implemented a variety of technology solutions for a number of confidential clients involved in various regulatory investigations and litigations. These solutions include custom designed complex data analytics and reporting as well as a full suite of electronic discovery solutions. He also worked on projects such as WorldCom, Kmart, and Fleming by assisting in various aspects of their restructurings.
After starting his career in Arthur Andersen’s Dallas office (where he provided computer audit, bankruptcy, and litigation services), Charles formed his own consulting company specializing in software development to solve complex analytical and reporting problems. This work focused primarily on the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. In April 2001, he joined AlixPartners and was a founding member of the Case Management Services practice.
Charles received his BS degree in chemistry as well as his MBA degree from Texas A&M University.
