Daniel L. Jackson

Dan Jackson has more than 25 years of diversified experience in public accounting. His expertise is in providing accounting, taxation, and financial advisory services to industry management and government. He also provides specialized financial support services to attorneys.

Dan has led valuation assignments in the areas of real estate, oil and gas, warehousing and wholesaling, banking and finance, manufacturing, and retailing and retail operations. His range of experience includes the audits of publicly held corporations, multi-national corporations and non-profit corporations. Dan has also assisted businesses in the evaluation of business operations and other management needs. He led the complete reorganization of the accounting and operational systems of a $2 billion petroleum company.

Dan has a wide range of experience with financial issues in various types of litigation, including matters dealing with legal and accounting malpractice, breach of contract and fiduciary duty, patent infringement, copy trademark and trade name infringement, fraud and valuations.

Dan is an accomplished writer and speaker on the topics of litigation services and damage measurement. Dan received his BBS degree with a concentration in accounting from McMurry College in Abilene, Texas.
