Eugenio Berenga is a senior member of AlixPartners Performance Improvement Business Unit with a proven track record in driving and achieving tangible results. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain and operations improvement helping different clients in several industries, ranging from automotive to engineering and construction, IT, pharmaceuticals and white goods.
Based in Milan, Italy, Eugenio is currently working with major industrial companies supporting them to redefine and implement their strategies and to achieve challenging performance improvement and cost reduction targets.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Eugenio served as a Principal and was a core member of the automotive & assembly practice and as well as a core team member of the strategic sourcing practice at A.T. Kearney.
Eugenio has successfully led several engagements in different industries on company post-merger integration and turnaround, as well in strategic sourcing, suppliers development, supply chain optimization and re-design, where he contributed to the achievement of significant tangible results for the clients.
Eugenio began his career as a Logistics Manager and Controller with Boehringer Mannheim, a German Pharmaceutical Company, now belonging to the Roche Group. He also worked for Olivetti Group where he contributed to the restructuring of the European Operations of the IT Services Division of the Group.
Eugenio holds an MBA degree from SDA-Bocconi (I) with honors and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bocconi University of Milan (I). He is fluent in Italian, English and French and has served on engagements in France, UK, Germany and Italy.
