Rob specializes in loan workouts, business plan reviews, financial advisory services and litigation consulting. Rob also is a co-leader of the firm's litigation consulting practice for attorneys defending and pursuing law suits in the areas of breach of contract, purchase price disputes, environmental litigation, embezzlement and fraud. He has provided expert testimony numerous times and has received appointments as Receiver and as Special Master from federal judges.
In the financial advisory area, Rob has served as financial advisor to numerous lending groups and creditors, evaluating business plans and developing restructuring strategies and alternatives. He has worked with management and lender groups to assess the feasibility of turnaround programs and has provided acquisition due diligence. Rob has significant experience providing services to debtors, secured lenders and unsecured creditor's committees involved in bankruptcy matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 1994, Rob was Partner-In-Charge, Dispute Analysis and Corporate Recovery, in the Detroit office of Price Waterhouse. Rob worked at Price Waterhouse for 18 years, including over 15 years of experience performing audits of companies in a variety of industries.
Rob is a certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.
