Sharma has more than 20 years of experience as an IT operational executive and management consultant in a variety of industry and consulting positions in industrial manufacturing, consumer products, technology, financial services, health care, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications engineering. His functional experience includes c-level IT management, operations leadership, structural cost management, strategy realignment, enterprise architecture design, infrastructure management and development, and business and IT process innovation. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he worked for EDS, transforming IT operations and resources and bringing innovation to EDS clients. He holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and physics from the University of Baroda, India.

Siebert brings nearly two decades of strategy, operations, and analytics consulting and management experience with P&L responsibilities across numerous industries. Recognized for his expertise in applying leading business practices and data analytics to critical business issues, he consistently generates outstanding financial and operational results for his clients. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he served as director of operations and business development with AnswerMine, LLC, a leading edge business analytics consulting services provider. In his role, Chris was responsible for all aspects of the firm, including go-to-market strategy development and execution, new business development and negotiations, client service delivery, and IT strategy. He received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and holds a Master of Engineering Management degree in manufacturing from Northwestern University. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
