Forman has more than 16 years of industry and consulting experience in corporate and business growth strategy development, planning, and implementation with extensive experience in performance measurement and management. In addition, he has experience in supply chain strategy, merger integration, SKU rationalization, and strategic business development including acquisitions, divestitures, and due diligence.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Forman held leadership positions in strategic planning, business development/M&A, and competitive intelligence for CIBA Vision, a business unit of Novartis in Duluth, Georgia. Before that, he led strategic and operational improvement programs for A.T. Kearney and Adjoined Consulting (now Cap Gemini) primarily in the consumer goods, retail, and financial services industries. He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in their audit and financial advisory services groups.

Forman earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and his BS in accounting from Babson College. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
