AlixPartners Adds Supply Chain Expert Eric Dzwonczyk
SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN (March 18, 2008) – AlixPartners, the global restructuring, consulting, and financial advisory firm, announced the appointment of Eric Dzwonczyk as a director to the firm’s Performance Improvement practice, which helps ambitious management teams reduce costs, increase revenue, and implement changes that quickly impact the bottom line. He will be based in New York.
Dzwonczyk has more than 15 years of consulting and industry experience in supply chain, information technology, and performance improvement. His experience spans an array of industries with deep expertise in consumer products and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he worked for the Campbell Soup Company in Camden, NJ in a variety of senior management roles, most recently as Senior IT Director for New Product Development and was responsible for leading a number of large scale transformation programs. Before that, he was a Director of Business Development at ICG Commerce where he participated in the sale, implementation and account management of e-Procurement technology and consulting services. He has also worked as a manager with A.T. Kearney and at Merck & Co., where he held various positions in pharmaceutical manufacturing and industrial engineering.
Dzwonczyk holds a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. He currently serves as a Fellow for the Institute of Business and Information Technology at the Fox School at Temple University and is a frequent guest lecturer at Darden.
