He has provided professional and consultative services in e-discovery and forensics, departmental and corporate operations, supply and distribution chain implementation, process engineering, software and hardware engineering, database development and data analytics, network architecture, operating system and application architecture, program and project management, client relations, product management and marketing.

In his most recent past position, Worthington was Senior Technical Manager at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, where he provided client and legal team e-discovery consulting, and he implemented and managed the technologies and best practices utilized by the firm in its e-discovery and litigation support functions. Prior to Sullivan & Cromwell, he was Executive Vice President, Client Services for Spi Legal, and has held senior technology positions in several vertical marketplaces, including financial, manufacturing, retail, scientific, communications and technology.
