AlixPartners Adds Experienced Financial Executive to its Southfield Office
SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN (August 1, 2007) – AlixPartners, the global restructuring, consulting, and financial advisory firm, announced the appointment of John Naglick as a director in its Southfield office.
Naglick has extensive experience as a financial executive with substantial involvement in acquisitions and divestitures, and he has worked with various legal teams to craft successful business strategies and policies. He is a proficient leader and is recognized for his innovative problem-solving skills and his ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Naglick served as chief financial officer of the Industrial Services Group of Soave Enterprises in Detroit, Michigan, a group of companies engaged in environmental contracting for the U.S. automotive industry. Prior to that, he was executive vice president of finance and operations of the Omnia Group of Cincinnati-based Chemed Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of medical devices. In addition, he held positions of increasing responsibility, leading to audit manager, at Price Waterhouse.
Naglick received his BBA in accounting and MBA from the University of Detroit, and is a registered CPA in Michigan.
