Information Management Services

All applicants for IMS should have relevant and appropriate years of experience to deliver services in one or preferably more areas of Bankruptcy Management, Litigation (eDiscovery & Litigation Analytics), and/or IT & Applied Analytics.

Paraprofessional (Full-Time)

Applicants should have a strong technical skill set including database management (Excel, Access), administrative, organizational along with strong communication skills.

Analyst (Full-Time)

This position is an AlixPartners entry level consulting role and requires a Bachelors degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science and/or Management Information Systems and up to 1 years of experience either through internships or in external market.

Associate (Full-Time)

Associates typically have a minimum of three years of applicable professional and consulting experience, extensive business modeling, financial modeling or data management experience, and are required to have experience with MS Access and/or SQL.

Vice President (Full-Time)

Applicants should have a minimum of six years of applicable professional and consulting experience, strong database experience, strong client negotiation skills, team leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.

Director (Full-Time)

Directors typically have a minimum of ten years of applicable professional and management consulting experience with top tier firms and are known for specific technology, industry, or business process expertise.

A minimum of one to two years experience working for an accounting firm conducting independent financial statement audits or working in a professional services firm providing dispute, litigation and/or investigative services. The ideal candidate will have worked in a “Big Four” environment and have performed the foregoing services for a publicly traded company.

Analyst/Associate (Full-Time) DC 

A minimum of two years experience working for an accounting firm conducting independent financial statement audits or working in a professional services firm providing dispute, litigation and/or investigative services. The ideal candidate will have worked in a “Big Four” environment and have performed the foregoing services for a publicly traded company.

Analyst/Associate (Full-Time) Dallas 

Associate Level: Minimum of two years experience working for an accounting firm conducting independent financial statement audits or working in a professional services firm providing dispute, litigation and/or investigative services. The ideal candidate will have worked in a “Big Four” environment and have performed the foregoing services for a publicly traded company. Analyst Level: Strong academic performance required in lieu of professional work experience.

Analyst/Associate (Full-Time) Nashville

A minimum of two years experience working in a professional services firm providing valuation, dispute, litigation and/or investigative services or working for an accounting firm conducting independent financial statement audits. The ideal candidate will have worked in a “Big Four” environment and have performed the foregoing services for publicly traded companies.

Associate/Vice President w/ Structured Finance Focus (Full-Time) DC

Three to ten years of applicable experience required. Valuation or modeling of structured finance securities (RMBS, CMO, CDO, etc.) is a strong plus. General experience with structured finance securities or valuation generally a plus.
