Job Description

Excellent technical, analytical, financial modeling, data management, project management, writing, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills are required. Ability and willingness to undertake extensive travel domestically and internationally. Long hours during the week and on weekends, due to client demands, may be required.

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Candidates will have commensurate expert level consulting, financial analysis and valuation services in the areas of financial restructuring and operational turnarounds for bankrupt and distressed companies. Experience in Chapter 11 reorganization, interim crisis management and debtor advisory services as well as aligning costs with declining revenues or margins are compulsory. Candidates should have experience in business disposal and exit experience and have the ability to hold senior officer roles.

Qualified candidates will possess expertise in identifying, understanding and managing away from risks, creating achievable business plans, communicating with key external and internal constituents and Implementing platforms for long-term corporate health and success.

Work Experience Requirements

Directors In Turnaround & Restructuring Services at AlixPartners,LLP typically have a minimum of 10 or more years of directly applicable professional and consulting experience.   Directors can successfully lead engagement teams, and are capable of holding executive level positions.  Directors have an established network of business contacts.

Education Requirements

An undergraduate degree from a top academic institution and a strong GPA, along with relevant professional credentials are required.  Advanced degree(s) and applicable professional certification(s) are preferred.
