Job Description

Excellent technical, analytical, financial modeling, data management, project management, writing, presentation, negotiation and communication skills are required.  Ability and willingness to undertake extensive travel domestically and internationally is required. Long hours during the week and on weekends, due to client demands, may be required.

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Candidates will have commensurate expert level consulting, financial analysis and financial modeling skills in the areas of financial restructuring and operational turnarounds for bankrupt and distressed companies.  Candidates are required to have skills building 13-week cash flow models and integrated 3 statement models.  Knowledge of Chapter 11 reorganization, cash management and working capital management skills are compulsory.  

Work Experience Requirements

Vice Presidents in Turnaround & Restructuring Services at AlixPartners, LLP typically have an average of 7 to11 or more years of directly relevant professional and consulting experience, and an established network of business contacts.

Education Requirements

An undergraduate degree from a top academic institution and a strong GPA, along with relevant professional credentials are required. Advanced degree(s) and applicable professional certification(s) are preferred.
