SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN (December 1, 2009) – AlixPartners, the global restructuring, consulting and financial advisory services firm, announced that Brad Hillier has joined AlixPartners as a director in its New York office.
Hillier has served as an advisor to management teams on multiple occasions in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, and telecommunications, as well as consumer and industrial products, services, energy, trucking, and private equity. He has represented dozens of companies and lenders in complex debt restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, receiverships and out-of-court turnarounds.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Hillier was a managing director with KPMG, where he served as the national service line leader for their restructuring network. He also led KPMG’s cash and liquidity service offering. He is a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Turnaround Professional, and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
