Eric has both a strong international operational industry experience (12 years) and a solid track record in results-oriented management consulting for the last 10 years. He has extensive experience in aerospace and defense, but also substantive experience in manufacturing industries, high tech, and automotive.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Eric was the vice president in charge of the European Aerospace and Defense practice with A.T. Kearney in Paris. He has led several key aerospace OEMs and suppliers through strategic and operational transitions. He assisted executive management teams in restructuring their organizations and operations, planning market penetration strategies, assessing merger synergies, managing risks and profit optimization on large development programs, developing supply chain and operational effectiveness plans, managing R&D portfolio and innovation, reducing purchasing cost, organizing worldwide customer support strategies, completing due diligence, optimizing global footprints, and aligning IT systems with business strategy.
Prior to that role, Eric was President of Headstrong S.A.S., a management consulting firm based in Fairfax, Virginia. He set up the firm’s Paris office and built a team of 40 management consultants. Before that, he was a Vice President of the Manufacturing and High Tech Industries practice at Gemini Consulting in Paris.
Prior to consulting, he spent over 13 years at the Dassault Group, mainly with Dassault Electronique, where he held various positions in several of the company’s worldwide locations, and he led a turnaround as managing director of the Automation Division.
Eric has lived and worked in the US and worked throughout Europe and Asia, in addition to directing numerous engagements involving international matters while based in Paris. Eric holds a Business Degree from EDHEC Graduate School of Management in international marketing and entrepreneurship. His native language is French, and he speaks English and Spanish fluently.
