Carrianne Basler, a 15 year veteran of AlixPartners LLP, has extensive financial consulting experience combined with hands-on management in the areas of treasury, business planning, bankruptcy case administration, and risk management. She has also served in an advisory capacity to senior management in the area of business plan feasibility and financial strategy, lender negotiations, plan administration and post confirmation liquidations.

Over the years, Carrianne has been successful as both an interim executive and as a financial advisor. A few highlights include:

• Treasurer - $400 million automotive supplier
• Acting Director of Finance and Operations – Woodward & Lothrop, a $600 million retail chain

Carrianne earned her BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Advisor. She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the Turnaround Management Association, the International Womens’ Insolvency and Reorganization Confederation, and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors. Carrianne regularly speaks and has published numerous articles concerning turnaround management and bankruptcy case administration as a contributing editor of the ABI Journal.
