David is a retail industry expert with 20 years of industry and consulting experience. He has deep expertise in merchandising, product development, sourcing, and supply chain and has worked globally with leading retailers and businesses. Prior to joining AlixPartners, David was on the board of directors at Kurt Salmon Associates, where he led the Product Development and Supply Chain practice to develop new frameworks in merchandising, speed-to-market, globalization, and innovation. Prior to consulting, David held management roles in supply chain at Estee Lauder Companies and UPS.

David holds an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BS in industrial engineering from Hofstra University. David is a sought-after advisor on retail topics with a focus on speed-to-market and innovation, and is a frequent lecturer at FIT’s Advanced Management Program for retail executives.
