Byrne, Patrick M.

Pat is a senior management consultant with over 30 years of experience in consulting and management.  Prior to joining AlixPartners, Pat was an Operating Partner at TowerBrook Partners, L.P. an international investment management firm.   Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director at Accenture.  He held a number of senior executive leadership roles at Accenture in Management Consulting and Business Services as the Global Managing Director, Operations & Supply Chain and Strategy lines of business.  Prior to that, he was with A.T. Kearney, Inc.  He held various executive leadership roles at Kearney as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director.  Pat began his career as a Senior Partner at Ernst & Young responsible for Transportation and Supply Chain/Logistics Management Consulting Services.

Pat provides invaluable business insights and experience advising senior executives in business strategy and operations at global companies. His consulting specialties include supply chain management, strategic business planning, corporate turnarounds and restructuring, and performance improvement. He has served well over 150 clients during his over 30-year tenure in management consulting.
