Drew delivers enterprise revenue growth from better use of data insights (both internal and external sources).  He focuses on combining deep-dive analysis with strategic business thinking to drive growth. His work has included a specific focus on the customer lifecycle: from customer acquisition through engagement, loyalty and retention.  Additionally, he focuses on marketing, channel and sales force effectiveness.

Formerly, Drew was a partner with Opera Solutions as a member of the senior leadership team of Opera’s Growth Analytics practice and leader of the Digital Strategy practice.  At Opera, Drew led development of the Marketing Analytics practice, which focused on revenue growth through deep data mining and predictive analytics.  Drew has helped corporate clients understand and harness the value of digital channels and assets.

  • Developed and operated predictive analytics Marketing Solutions for several Fortune 500 companies – functioning as corporate Strategic Marketing Department.  Implemented decision-sciences driven, customer-centric marketing model.  Drove year-over-year improvement in customer acquisition, spend levels and retention.
  • Pioneered Media Mix Optimization solutions across online and offline channels, delivering improved ROI per media investment of 20% for financial services, retail and manufacturing.
  • Developed digital strategy practice focusing on customer acquisition, profit maximization, channel strategy, loyalty and web servicing for Fortune 500 companies
  • Provided suite of 6 functional predictive models as part of 3.5 year agreement, delivered through a hosted operating model.
  • Deployed customer engagement and attrition predictive models for retail market leader.  Resulted in 35%+ improvement in revenue per customer.

Carter is a former advisory board member of online and social marketing firm Off-Campus Media.  He is a former board member of software provider SecureAxis, which provided security and audit-control products utilizing the Software as a Service delivery model.  He is also a former advisory board member of dealdaisy.com, a South Miami, FL daily deal website company.  He has advised Congressman Dan Lungren and several attorneys general on global technology issues.
He has an MBA from the Wharton School and is a certified public accountant.
