Bob is a Vice Chairman of the firm.  He has led the firm’s restructuring practice in Europe.  He has also co-led the firm’s North American restructuring practice and was the co-leader of the firm’s worldwide practice.

He is well known for leading successful financial and operational restructurings both in and out of formal bankruptcy proceedings.  Bob is internationally recognized for his skills in developing strategic options, identifying critical issues in lender negotiations, defining successful negotiating strategies and motivating fragmented management groups within stressful environments to achieve aggressive goals.

Bob has more than 30 years of experience in the restructuring market and has held management positions in public and private corporations that include:  Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Director.

Bob holds an M.B.A from NYU with a concentration in accounting and taxation and a B.S., Agricultural Economics from Rutgers University.  He is an active member of industry trade associations and lectures at business and academic forums worldwide.  He is widely published and quoted in major business media.  He is a Certified Turnaround Professional. Current board memberships include INSOL and the Institute of Marine and Coastal Science, Rutgers University.
