Tony is an experienced turnaround consultant and manager, having worked with clients in the automotive, manufacturing, retail, steel, transportation and services industries. He has served as financial advisor to various secured lender groups and debtors. Tony specializes in developing and evaluating business plans, cash flow projections, restructuring strategies and alternatives. Tony also has experience in the areas of acquisition due diligence, debt and equity offerings and bench-marking. He has also provided litigation consulting support in a number of areas including breach of contract, fraudulent conveyance, embezzlement and fraud.

Prior to joining the firm, Tony was the finance manager of a publicly traded automotive supplier. He was also a manager at Price Waterhouse, performing audits of companies in a variety of industries. Tony has been a speaker at various seminars on topics such as restructuring troubled companies and fraud discovery and investigation.

Tony earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Michigan. He is a CPA, and a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Tony is also a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
