Meade founded and leads AlixPartners’ Information Management Services practice, which is a well established information management consulting service for corporate, bankruptcy and litigation matters. For the corporate market, Meade and his team provides Strategic Information Management services that drive profitability and cash flow by implementing custom business intelligence applications. He has over 23 years of consulting experience. He spent the first eight years of his career at Arthur Andersen’s NY and Dallas offices and started a consulting business in 1996 that was merged into AlixPartners in 2001, which formed the Information Management Services practice area. Since joining AlixPartners, Meade has built an information management services team that is highly technology-competent combined with strong business, financial and data analytics skills that have resulted in numerous successful outcomes. Meade is well known for involvement with high exposure matters and significant value opportunities. He uses his business strategy experiences and financial skills combined with technology to efficiently and effectively manage complex assignments. He has testified in both bankruptcy and litigation matters with great success. He has had significant roles in dozens of major bankruptcy assignments including General Motors, Kmart and WorldCom, to name a few. He has served or serves as Chief Restructuring Officer and/or Trustee for many of these cases. In addition, he has managed complex class action settlements such as his role as the Settlement Administrator for Aon’s roughly one-quarter billion dollar settlement with the New York Attorney General (Spitzer). Meade has also led several corporate consulting assignments through Strategic Information Management service offerings that have achieved significant bottom line values for several of AlixPartners’ clients such as BP and Solo Cup through similar technology and financial data analytics applications that he has become highly well known for in the bankruptcy and litigation markets. Meade graduated from Oklahoma State University with an accounting degree and received an Executive MBA from the University of Texas in Dallas and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Information Technology. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
