Bob is an accomplished consulting and industry leader with over 20 years of experience in a wide range of industries including retail, consumer products, industrial distribution and manufacturing. His areas of expertise include supply chain management, sourcing of raw materials, components and branded and unbranded goods for resale, and manufacturing. He has worked extensively in North and South America, Europe and Asia.

Examples of his experience include:

  • Served in interim role as Senior Vice President Global Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing for a major safety products manufacturing and distribution company. Had global responsibility for all transportation, distribution, goods for resale and raw material procurement, and planning functions and served on the executive management team.
  • Led the turnaround of an expedited freight 3PL. Designed and improved improvements to increase EBIT per load from $-0.92 to $13.81 in a period of only 6 weeks. Also developed and launched the execution of growth strategy.
  • Led comprehensive procurement and low-cost country sourcing programs for a variety of manufacturers, distributors and retailers generating hundreds of millions in benefits.
  • Led comprehensive merchandising improvement programs for several major North American and European retailers.
  • Led a comprehensive turn-around at a global plastic packaging company focused on sourcing and specification management, manufacturing footprint, transportation, warehouse operations, supply chain planning, and pricing.


Bob holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor of chemical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
