Tolomei, Camilla

Camilla Tolomei is a member of AlixPartners Turnaround & Restructuring Services practice. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in financial and industrial restructuring, with specific focus on cash, debtors and creditors management and plants downsizing, outsourcing and shut-down.

Camilla joined AlixPartners from Brugger & Associati, an Italian turnaround boutique. Formerly, she served as CFO and CEO of Pontello Group, one of the largest Italian construction corporations.

Camilla most recent activities include:

  • Serving as CEO of Bruno Magli Group, where she has been instrumental in saving the company from bankruptcy. She has also coordinated the financial activities connected with the Chapter 11 filing in the United States.
  • Assisting Nokia Siemens Networks in the outsourcing of two Italian plants.
  • Negotiating the restructuring of debt with creditor banks and shareholders for major Italian corporations.
  • Executing the asset sale of real estate, a hotel chain and various non-strategic investments during restructurings.
  • Assisting Favini S.p.A., an Italian paper mill, in a restructuring plan and subsequent sale through a Concordato Preventivo procedure.
  • Assisting Fincar, a group of car dealers, to develop a short term cash flow forecast and manage liquidity.
  • Serving as CFO of Bianchi Vending Group S.p.A., a leading European manufacturer of vending machines. She sits in the Board of Directors and has succesfully coordinated the capital restructuring process.
