He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Commerce & Engineering from Drexel University.   • Led multiple full company transformations, post-merger integrations, SG&A optimization initiatives and cost reduction programs for companies in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, information technology, consumer packaged goods, restaurants, oil & gas, and retail.
  • Led an enterprise transformation program for a business and consumer services company that significantly redesigned the operating model,  consolidated field services operations, and delivered >$165 million in annualized EBITDA improvement.
  • Delivered productivity improvement programs for many c- stores, travel centers, restaurant chains, theme parks and cruise lines that delivered savings across a range of direct and indirect categories, SG&A costs, opex and field labor.
  • Led comprehensive company turnaround effort at 800-store casual-dining chain; effort focused on renegotiation of supplier contracts in food and beverage, reduction of IT costs, lowering of store labor, G&A and indirect costs, and development of strategic platforms to rebuild sales and traffic.
  • Performed a comprehensive SG&A and zero-based-budgeting analysis that identified and delivered > $50 million in productivity improvements.
  • Successfully delivered the post-merger integration for two entities with revenues in excess of $1.2B. Exceeded synergy targets within 5 months of deal closing.
  • Led >40 due diligence engagements for private equity across industries and geographies.
