Eric is a proven leader with more than 35 years of experience in consulting and line management. He has developed and led transformational programs to drive profitability, examine turnaround operational performance, evaluate and integrate acquisitions, develop new ventures, and improve the performance of commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement organizations. Eric has extensive experience in the energy, chemicals, engineering and construction, consumer products, and life sciences industries, as well as in private equity. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Eric was with DuPont. He holds a Master of Science in environmental engineering from George Washington University.
