Based in Shanghai, Ignatius currently serves as a Partner & Managing Director in the Performance & Technology practice at AlixPartners and co-leads the Greater China region. With over 25 years of experience in management consulting, Ignatius's focus is on operational improvements, distribution models, and strategic growth across industries such as consumer goods, automotive, and chemicals. He has led numerous projects, including M&A carveouts, cost optimization, and organizational design, helping clients achieve their goals.
Before joining AlixPartners, Ignatius served as Managing Director and Asia-Pacific Leader at EY-Parthenon. Prior to that, he held the position of Managing Partner at Roland Berger in Greater China.
