Lorenzo applies more than 25 years of expertise in both industry and advisory by developing structuring plans, implementing recovery plans, and driving financial and operational turnarounds for domestic and international companies. Clients benefit from his taking over several management roles in order to personally deliver ambitious programs with tangible results. He was previously with Morgan Stanley in London as vice president in the derivative products group and then partner at Italian restructuring firm Poli e Associati in Milan. Lorenzo has an academic degree in business and economics from Sapienza University of Rome.
