Nikhil has two decades of experience in digital products innovation, technology strategy and transformation, and application build and delivery; with a focus on customer experience; business process digitalization, IT modernization, Cloud and infrastructure transformation, and building insight-driven enterprises. Nikhil has served in transformation, product and technology strategy leadership roles in the TMT, aerospace, financial services and travel/hospitality sectors.
Currently, he is the Global leader of the Cloud and Infrastructure practice at AlixPartners; and a founding Partner of the Digital products and innovation practice. He also services on the Data advisory board for the MIT Centre for Information Systems Research (CISR) at MIT Sloan School of Management providing oversight, input, and prioritization to research projects.
Previously, he was principal consultant and North America solutions leader for the TMT and Entertainment sectors at Capgemini Invent, focused on identifying and driving revenue growth opportunities through a blend of product innovation, strategy, design, and technology.
