As a cyber security, digitalization, and information security expert, Uwe has extensive experience transforming Fortune 100 companies.
In addition to serving as an executive on several board-level cyber and digitalization projects, he has led turnaround and transformation programs. He has also held interim roles as CISO and CIO for technology companies. A few cyber- and technology companies have successfully been turned around by him as executive in charge. Additionally, he has extensive experience in technology M&A.
In addition to his MBA from Strathclyde Business School in Glasgow, Uwe also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of applied sciences Zurich and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from St. Gallen Business School and Harvard Business School executive training.
He is a guest lecturer for "Cyber Security for Executives" at one of the top business schools in Europe - the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and he served as president of the Swiss Cyber Commission for five years.
His name was included in 2023's Top 50 Global Cyber Leaders list.
