We are passionate about connections: with clients and co-workers, with the communities where we live and work, and with you.
Our Networked event series gives you access to inspiring corporate and consulting leaders in a small group, active networking setting. Together, we explore diversity, equity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility and sustainability, and discuss how changing economic climates around Europe and the globe affect business and the workplace.
We invite you to join AlixPartners employees, alumni and others at our Networked events to share insights and exchange views on a variety of topics that impact every workplace. These events are also a great way to learn more about AlixPartners, our culture, and what makes us different.

Pride Network Event
Our very first Pride Network Event hosted in June 2021 welcomed all attendees to listen into an inspiring, moving and very personal live panel discussion of our EMEA consultant colleagues on what it means to “be an LGBTQ or ally in the consulting world”.
AlixPartners 2021 nomination by The Human Rights Campaign (for the 3rd year in a row) as a best place to work for LGBTQ equality underlines our commitment to the recruitment, retention and development of our employees and the motivation to enhance their professional and personal development in alignment with AlixPartners’ Core Values and business objectives.
Thank you to all our colleagues for sharing their personal stories so openly and being part of a great community! We are very proud for you to be your truest selves at work and appreciate your trust!
“Those LGBTQ+ individuals who for whatever reason need to hide who they really are, often experience a huge effect on their mental health and wellbeing. When you cannot be honest with your friends and family without fear of rejection, shame or even persecution, your work environment could be your only escape. Working for AlixPartners, who actively encourage all to bring their ‘true self’ to work, coupled with the support of PrideMatters, can make such a big difference.”
James Goss, Senior Vice President, London
Sustainability: Green Hackathon
On March 30, 2021, AlixPartners sponsored ESCP Business School's first-ever Green Hackathon. During this event, ESCP students were challenged to build both client-facing and in-house solutions to help AlixPartners weave sustainability into the fabric of the firm’s business and culture.
The AlixPartners team was impressed by the creative and well-designed ideas that the students presented. “The ESCP event highlighted the importance of sustainability and ESG for the health and prosperity globally for people, business, and our world.” Managing Director Brooke Hopkins reflected. “I was impressed by the ingenious yet pragmatic ideas the ESCP students brought to our attention, and know our future is secure by giving these future leaders opportunities to provide new ways of thinking about how to do business while also building our economic health.”
Women’s Network: Women in Leadership
In collaboration with SDA Bocconi and IESE Business School, we invited Alumni’s and other women in leadership to our Women’s Network Senior Edition in June 2021.
Leaders of several industries came together in a panel discussion to reflect on international and national laws, private company policies, cultural factors and their impact on Gender Equity and Women’s Empowerment.
Followed by an interactive networking break-out session we were able to share thoughts, motivation and interesting experiences and opinions amongst the participants and the panelists.
This event was inspired by AlixPartners Women’s Empowerment Matters Employee Resource Group.
Thank you to SDA Bocconi, IESE Business School as well as all our panelists and active attendees for a very inspiring event.
Inclusion Network
The Inclusion Network event for individuals who self-identify as having an African, Asian, Caribbean, Latin American, Middle Eastern, North African, Turkish, or mixed heritage—and their allies—was held in March 2021.
Participants shared experiences and insights on creating an inclusive and supportive work environment, dove into an interactive "cracking the case" session and networked with each other and the AlixPartners team.
This event was created and sponsored by three of our Employee Resource Groups, the Asian Leadership Insights and Growth Network (ALIGN), Black Professionals Network (BPN), and Hispanics or Latinxs of AlixPartners (HOLA), in collaboration with Generation Success.
Women's Network
Our Women’s Network event in November 2020 brought together influential women and leaders in the industry. This event was created and sponsored by our Women’s Empowerment Matters employee resource group to promote an inclusive and supportive work environment for women and their allies.
“From day one, my colleagues showed me that you don't have to give away your accent, your heritage, and your individuality to work and belong to an experienced team. AlixPartners manages to combine the best of both worlds: To be a high performance, top quality and results-oriented firm, while being people-centric and diversity and inclusion-oriented.”
