Employee resource groups: why they matter
At AlixPartners, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion across our firm and play a key role in aligning our business strategy with our core values.
Our ERGs serve as critical resources for diversity and inclusion strategies that help to build and promote an organizational culture that empowers all employees. They enable us to solve real-time business problems, help us attract and retain diverse talent, and ensure that we offer clients high-performing teams.
Since our first ERG was established in 2016, more than 400 AlixPartners employees have joined one or more groups. We asked members of each group to share in their own words how their groups enhance our firm’s culture and diversity.
