Meet Dawn Zier

Dawn Zier is an independent board director and accomplished CEO best known for engineering a remarkable turnaround of the iconic brand, Nutrisystem. During her six years as CEO, she created a multi-brand strategy focused on digital transformation and innovation that doubled revenues and resulted in a seven-fold surge in operating income. In 2017 and 2018, Nutrisystem was named a Fortune Top 100 Fastest Growing Company and was subsequently acquired in 2019.
Ms. Zier currently serves on the Board of Directors for Spirit Airlines, The Hain Celestial Group, Purple, and Prestige Consumer Healthcare. Her accomplishments have been chronicled in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Philadelphia Inquirer. She holds an MBA and MS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Ms. Lundgren is also a member of the President's Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations, having been appointed by President Obama in 2016 and re-appointed by President Trump.
