Cycle for Survival 2018

AlixPartners is a proud supporter of Cycle for Survival. Cycle for Survival raises funds for rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, through indoor cycling events around the US.

In 2017, we formed spin cycling teams from our AlixPartners offices in Chicago, Washington, DC, and New York City. Thanks to the support of our employees, family, and friends, Team AlixPartners collectively raised $83,000.

The AlixPartners team was front and center at the 2017 Chicago ride.

About Cycle for Survival

Cycle for Survival was founded in 2007 by David Linn and his wife Jennifer Goodman Linn, who was battling a rare cancer at the time (she unfortunately lost her battle in 2011). David and Jen wanted to do everything they could to try to keep others from suffering the devastating effects of rare cancers, so they put together an indoor spinnning fundraising event with 50 bikes and raised $250,000 - not bad for a brand new charity. But even more impressive has been the exponential growth experienced in the past eleven years. To date, Cycle for Survival has raised over $155 million for rare cancer research, and funded 100+ clinical trials and research studies.
