AlixPartners strengthens Turnaround & Restructuring team with veteran Chief Restructuring Officer and seasoned industry and turnaround expert, Julian Gething

London (September 5, 2023) – In a strategic move to reinforce its market-leading Turnaround & Restructuring services, global consulting firm AlixPartners today welcomes Julian Gething to its London practice as a Partner & Managing Director.

Julian is a renowned Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) and is one of the most knowledgeable experts in the European market and brings over three decades of experience advising clients in complex restructurings.

The addition of Julian quickly follows AlixPartners acquisition of THM Partners LLP in March 2023, a leading independent restructuring business. His arrival further amplifies the strength and depth of the business's Company Advisory & Interim Management Practice.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Julian was a Partner at a leading global management consultancy, and has held prominent senior positions as Partner at both THM Partners LLP, and Arthur Andersen Co.

During his extensive career, he has held various roles as Chairman across many industries, including industrial, retail, technology, media, and telecommunications. He has served as the CRO of Survitec Group, and CRO & Executive Chairman for Endeka Ceramics & Zircosil Holdings.
