With a decade of consulting experience, Felix has advised major European retailers and global manufacturers on initiatives ranging from digital strategy and cost reduction to enterprise-wide transformation. His work spans strategy design through implementation, combining strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Felix worked at BCG and PwC Strategy&. He holds a PhD in Business & Economics from the University of Natural Resources & Life Sciences, Vienna and a Master’s in Strategy & International Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
