Richard has nearly 20 years of experience in operational improvement and financial restructuring as both an advisor and a C-suite executive.
He has worked with a broad range of stakeholders in numerous industries, including manufacturing, mining, mining services, healthcare, agriculture, financial services, and energy. In his breadth of roles, Richard has served as CEO of a large, multisite food business, as interim chief financial officer (CFO) of a large manufacturing business, as project lead and interim CFO of a complex global operational improvement project, as lead advisor of large M&A transactions, and as lead in complex restructurings with teams across multiple geographies.
Richard has a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and finance from the University of Queensland. He has been recognized by industry bodies with a number of Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards and Australian Investment Council deal of the year awards.
