Over his 25+ projects in that domain, he led multidisciplinary teams on high-impact projects across industries including FMCG, retail, professional services, and automotive suppliers. During those project engagements, he delivered measurable margin improvements through strategic and tactical pricing, sales optimization, and portfolio improvements.
Martin holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Munich and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
He is fluent in German and English.
