With over 12 years of experience, Thomas specializes in addressing accounting issues in complex investigations, commercial disputes and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions. As a forensic accountant and a Certified Public Accountant in China, he has led numerous investigations into financial statement fraud at Chinese companies listed overseas and provided strategic advice to board members, management and legal counsels of local and multinational conglomerates to navigate crisis situations.
In addition, Thomas has prepared expert reports in commercial disputes involving accounting and financial reporting issues for submission to international arbitration institutions, including HKIAC, ICC and SIAC, under their respective arbitration rules.
Before joining the consulting industry, Thomas worked in an in-house internal audit role and at one of the Big Four accounting firms.
