Alfredo brings more than 30 years of experience in over 50 countries, focused on bank restructuring, banking crisis management, and analysis and modeling of banks and banking systems. Alfredo has supported the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, and banking authorities during some of the most significant banking crises of the past 20 years, spanning all regions of the world. His experience includes the bottom-up financial, operational, and strategic restructuring of individual banks as well as top-down support of policy makers and regulators with broader financial sector challenges. Alfredo has a network of senior executive IMF and World Bank individuals he can draw on both formally and informally to contribute truly global and holistic experience in the area of systemically distressed banking.
Alfredo has a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
