Alex has almost 15 years of proven cross-industry experience in restructuring, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. He focuses on liquidity management and forecasting as well as on creating and delivering both in-court and out-of-court turnaround and restructuring plans. Previously, he was an investment director at a major buyout firm in the Central and eastern European regions, managing private-equity investments, including acquisitions and financing, value creation, and dispositions in the real estate, retail, and financial services sectors.
Alex has an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MBA from London Business School, and a Master of Science in economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (Charterholder) and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
