Andy has more than three decades of expertise in using analytics to improve customer experience, optimize marketing outcomes, digitize operations, and drive EBITDA. He specializes in omnichannel stakeholder marketing, engagement, and personalization, with increasing focus on direct-to-consumer (D2C) and private-equity-growth acceleration. Andy has built agile digital and marketing transformation capabilities within a broad spectrum of consulting, agency, FTSE 100, and start-up organizations. Andy has a Bachelor of Science Hons II(i) in statistics from Swansea University as well as diplomas in computer science and marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
