SUMMARY
Alexandra has a scientific background and started her career as a process engineer in the chemical industry. She then gained 20 years of experience in consulting in the areas of strategy and organization with specific focus on operational excellence. Alexandra has been involved in many performance improvement programs by structuring technical or organizational problems, solving their root causes, and helping people see the improvement potential and achieve what they thought was impossible. She has done this from the shop floor to the general management of multinationals for which she designed and piloted the implementation of performance transformation programs at the company level and in sectors ranging from the process industry to services in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Alexandra has a PhD in physical chemistry from Paris-Sud University.
