Ashish has more than 25 years of shared services experience in transforming SG&A, operations, and technology across industries. He is a change advocate with experience in strategy, execution, sourcing, establishing captive centers, third-party negotiations, and governance. He institutionalizes sound practices and drives alignment among the demand and supply side to accomplish enterprise aspirations. He has executed and managed $3 billion in third-party relationships or captive centers and helped save $1.2 billion for several companies. Previously, Ashish was a vice president at Time Warner, Inc., where his responsibilities included enterprise workforce management that cut across all business units and geographies. Ashish has driven savings in various categories across the spectrum of SG&A functions. He has also been an executive at a provider firm and therefore is among a few practitioners globally that have held executive positions both as a seller and as a buyer. He brings a unique sense of what succeeds in global human capital markets across multiple operating and ownership models. His transformative levers are empathetic to client stakeholders and aligned with client aspirations. Ashish has an MBA from Stern School of Business at New York University and is a Certified Outsourcing Professional.
