He has executed and managed $3 billion in third-party relationships or captive centers and helped save $1.2 billion for several companies. Previously, Ashish was a vice president at Time Warner, Inc., where his responsibilities included enterprise workforce management that cut across all business units and geographies. Ashish has driven savings in various categories across the spectrum of SG&A functions. He has also been an executive at a provider firm and therefore is among a few practitioners globally that have held executive positions both as a seller and as a buyer. He brings a unique sense of what succeeds in global human capital markets across multiple operating and ownership models. His transformative levers are empathetic to client stakeholders and aligned with client aspirations.
