Adam is a Retail and Consumer Products expert with more than a decade of exposure to senior leadership issues and 20 years of hands-on retail experience. Adam is a leader in the AlixPartners Organizational Effectiveness practice to help clients align strategy, capabilities and most importantly people to deliver on the desired outcomes. He has worked to complete several operating model realignments, due-diligence assessments and pre/post merger integration planning. A strong foundation built on analytics lets him dive deeply into the root causes of problems, and he has worked on many international teams.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Adam worked at other top tier global consultancies on projects across industries. Adam started his career as line-level employee and held varying leadership roles before earning an MBA at The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
