Adam is a retail and consumer products expert with more than a decade of exposure to senior leadership issues and 20 years of hands-on retail experience on many international teams. Adam’s clients benefit from his capabilities in the areas of store operations, real estate, organizational design, and process improvement as well as his completion of several due diligence assessments and pre- and postmerger integration planning. A strong foundation built on analytics lets him dive deeply into the root causes of problems. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Adam was with other top-tier global consultancies on projects in the retail sector. Adam started his career as a store associate and moved into store management before launching a menswear line and receiving an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
