Anuj helps large telecom, media, and high-tech companies with solution management issues. He has served in technical and product management roles and has more than 15 years of industry experience. Anuj has advised on turnaround strategies for end-to-end product life cycle and organizational issues leading to improved operations, revenue growth, and reduced product complexity. He specializes in developing product strategies, optimizing R&D, analytics and digital strategy, and end-of-life product migration and is an expert at value stream mapping, implementing platform strategies, and reducing product complexity. He was previously with Accenture Strategy. Anuj has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a master's degree from the University of Michigan.
