Alison leads logistics, integration, operations, and supply chain strategy engagements. She has deep expertise in designing and executing advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses to solve complex problems and create data-driven solutions and strategies.
Alison has over 25 years experience in private industry and consulting, starting her career at UPS. Prior to joining AlixPartners she led Amazon’s EU E2E transportation cost optimization efforts. She has partnered with clients in CPG, manufacturing, O&G, chemical, and life sciences in organic growth and Supply Chain strategy and execution, product lifecycle and portfolio management, large scale process changes and end to end value chain transformation.
