Tony has more than 13 years of experience that stretches across the fields of operational and commercial strategy, and he has significant experience in the M&A environment, all of which have given him a deep understanding of the underlying drivers of performance in consumer-facing sectors such as consumer products, retail, and leisure and hospitality. Tony has also worked extensively with private-equity (PE) clients during the transaction process and with portfolio companies across the value chain. Prior to AlixPartners, he held roles in consumer goods businesses (PepsiCo and Premier Foods) and consulting firms (Ernst & Young, KPMG, and Pragma Consulting). The early part of his career was in the British Army, where he served six years as an infantry officer.
