SUMMARY
Alex manages complex end-to-end business and IT transformations, with a broad footprint in the financial services industry, covering the areas of insurance, banking, and special institutes. Alex’s clients benefit from his 15 years of experience in shaping and transforming large IT organizations as well as his expertise in technology strategy, IT value generation, IT assessment, strategic roadmap definition and cost reduction, next-generation IT operating models involving agile working models and global distributed delivery, and extensive digital transformations. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with Accenture’s technology strategy and advisory practice in Germany.
Alex has a Master of Science in information systems from the Technical University of Munich. He speaks German, English, and Italian.
