He quickly synthesizes information, identifies opportunities, and develops solutions through a data-driven approach. With experience in driving revenue and profitability improvements for retailers by means of initiatives in the areas of sourcing, organizational effectiveness, merchandising, and cost reduction, Asher understands the challenges that retailers face in an ever-changing marketplace. Recently, Asher helped a $3B apparel retailer integrate its merchandise planning and sales planning organizations to fully leverage the scale of the combined organizations.
Asher has a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Lehigh University.
